Replify Fuel Terms of Use
1. The service
Replify Fuel ("Fuel") is a family nutrition web app in the Replify ecosystem: daily menus, recipes, pantry, shopping list, food diary, weight, targets and a Telegram bot. Fuel runs at fuel.replify.space and you sign in with your Replify account. Fuel is operated by E CHARM LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus (EU), which is also the controller of personal data. How we handle data is described in the Privacy notice. Replify's terms also apply to your Replify account.
2. Medical disclaimer
Fuel is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Calorie and protein targets, energy expenditure, tips and portions are calculated with general formulas and are for information only. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have an eating disorder, or plan to lose or gain a noticeable amount of weight, consult a doctor.
Allergies and diets are your responsibility. The "Food restrictions" field is taken into account when choosing recipes, but Fuel does not guarantee that a recipe, menu or product is free of an allergen or a restricted ingredient. Check the label and the recipe yourself, especially for children.
3. AI and food databases
Meal parsing from text and photos, recipe import, recipe ideas and menus are produced by AI models, and product composition comes from open databases (Open Food Facts, USDA, VkusVill). Both can be wrong about calories, grams and ingredients. Check the result before saving it; decisions based on it are yours.
4. Home and family
- Data lives in a home. All members see the menu, pantry, recipes, shopping list and each other's diaries, weight and targets.
- A member with their own account (their profile, diary, weight, targets, Telegram) can only be changed by that member. Members without an account, such as children, can be edited by anyone in the home.
- People are invited by link, and they join only after confirming on the invite screen.
- Only the home creator can remove a member who has their own account. Anyone can leave on their own. A leaver's entries stay in the home's archive as a "Former member".
- By adding a person without an account you confirm that you are entitled to enter their data (for a child, as a parent or legal guardian).
5. Your obligations
- You are 16 or older.
- You enter accurate data and do not enter other people's data without the right to do so.
- You use Fuel lawfully and do not try to access other homes or their data.
- You do not send other people's personal data to the bot or the app without need.
6. Prohibited use
- spam, fraud or malicious activity;
- hacking, reverse engineering or attempts to disrupt the service;
- bulk automated requests, including to AI and food databases, without written permission;
- uploading unlawful or abusive content.
7. Intellectual property
Fuel, including its code, design, recipe catalog and trademark, belongs to E CHARM LTD and its licensors. The data you enter (diary, recipes, notes) belongs to you. Product composition data from open databases is used under their licenses.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of calculations, AI estimates or product composition. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination and deletion
You can delete your Fuel account at any time: Settings → Delete account. Deleting your Replify account deletes your Fuel data too. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. For EU residents, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies.
11. Changes
If these terms change materially, the app shows the new version and asks you to confirm it the next time you open it.
